Holly Lake Condo Association is a private Gated Community offering a wonderful opportunity to have your very own Summer Vacation home in a scenic haven that is just minutes from beautiful Cape May County beaches. The Resort provides Land & Unit ownership within a condominium association that offers both adult and kiddie swimming pools, a spacious white sandy beach, the Lake for fishing and small boating, clubhouse, playground and two bath houses providing showers, bathrooms and laundry facilities.

The vacation season begins with the annual opening on March 1 and ends with the resort closing on December 1st. During the 'off' season, the front bath house is open and heated allowing year-round Owner access to units.

  • Monday, March 1: Holly Lake Resort opens for the season
  • Saturday, April 17: Pat Smith's Welcome Back mixer w/refreshments 11AM @ Clubhouse/Community Room.
  • Saturday, May 22: Pool Opens for the Season
  • Saturday, May 29: Holiday fund raiser BBQ W/Music by DJ Mike @ NOON; Kids Bingo & Pool games/prizes @ 3PM; Splash party with DJ/Mike @ 8PM also Adult Bingo @ 7PM ....starting a progressive jackpot game.
  • Sunday, May 30: Yard Sale @ 10AM, roadside between RT 47 & front gate. Table rentals $10.00 ea.
    Kids Magic Show by Philip & Henry, Holly Kids Karaoke @ 3PM and a Sunday night Splash Party with live music by SOUND SCAPE @ 8PM - 11PM
  • Saturday, June 19: Lucky Lakers SLOT Junkies Bus trip w/Pat Smith to Atlantic City. Leaves Holly Lake @ NOON, departs AC from Trump Plaza @ 7:00PM
  • Thursday, July 1: Christmas in July - Decorate Units
  • Saturday, July 3: BBQ @ NOON w/Music by DJ/Mike. Magic Show @ 1PM (tentative), and Splash Party - Live music by Marquee (Trio) 8PM – 11PM
  • Monday, July 5: Deadline date to sign up for next weeks’ “Nights In Venice”
  • Saturday, July 10: Holly Kids Fishing Tournament, 8AM Lakeside. $5.00 entry fee, sign-ups at 7AM
    Boat Parade starts @ Dusk. Beach Party @ 7PM, music by DJ/Mike, BYOB
    NIGHTS IN VENICE Lakeside ** Boat Owners: Decorate your boats w/Lights & Props. Participants Must have a theme. Must use a Trolling Motor, NO Paddle Boats, Work in Teams with an Adult Leader and HAVE FUN! First Prize $100.00
  • Sunday, July 11: Swimwear Sale - 11AM to 2PM @ Clubhouse (tentative)
  • Saturday, July 17: Holly Kids Arts & Crafts; NOON @ Pavilion. Free. Adult <large)>BINGO @ 7PM. And OLDIES 60's & 70's - Music by Mike: Poolside from 8 - 10:00 PM Free.
  • Saturday, July 24: 9:30am Meet the Candidates- Pavilion
    Christmas Golf Cart Parade 7PM @ Clubhouse, after parade, Golf Cart contest, meet Santa (w/specific gifts from Parents, Grandparents, etc.. (under $25, please), etc. Refreshments served plus Train Rides for Kids.
  • Saturday, July 31: Adult BINGO @ 7PM, Splash Party @ 8PM.
  • Saturday, August 6: Annual Pig Roast Begins @- 6:00 (Pool will be closed at5PM, re-opening for event Guests at 6PM.)
    Live music by Marquee and Condo Raffle ticket contest.
  • Sunday, August 8: Left-Over-LUNCH @ 1PM
  • Saturday, August 14: Holly Kids Arts & Crafts the Pavilion @ NOON. Adult BINGO @ 7PM
  • Saturday, August 21: General Association Meeting/election of Trustees. Splash Party @ 8Pm w/Adult Karaoke
  • Saturday, August 28: Lucky Lakers SLOT Junkies Bus trip to Atlantic City. Leaves the front gate visitors parking area @ NOON, departs AC from Trump Plaza @ 7:00PM
  • Saturday, September 4 Labor Day Fund Raiser Weekend

  • Wednesday, December 1: The Resort is now closed for 2010, time to Start planning for next seasons fun!


    Fees
    Annual Association (including Reserve Fees) are $1082.00 and provide for year round on-site park management, care and maintenance of common elements, water/sewer, Pool, Clubhouse, Lake and Trash. Depending on lot size and location, annual property taxes range from $828-$1278.
